hgh is always a good base and many run igf-lr3 and/or igf-des alongside for more results. works pretty well for sure

right now i'm on 4iu's of biotropin eod and was thinking of adding some peps to that. would it make any sense doing peps of off gh days or not?
Just stick to biotropin if you're cutting as that's a decent dose for fat loss if bulking, just do a m/w/f pulse of biotropin gh
igf-lr3 if real and of high quality will add to hgh and make the results better. however the pricetag also plays a role etc. i would say make sure the diet is spot on and with biotropin you are g2g for fatloss. although ED is better then EOD for fatloss, constant hgh in the blood is key

hgh pulsates every day, not at same times but still every day. i am not a big fan of E3D for hgh dosing and creating extreme peaks and then lows. i prefer having hgh always in the blood, albeit less IU per day ofcourse. i think duration is of more importance then extreme dosing (not that 10iu is even close to extreme)
If you are looking for BOOM IGF1 dose you should dose 10iu EOD (3 times a week) together with in the AM Lantus (min 0.3*kg - max 0.5*kg of body weight) and Humalog spread with meals (min 0.3*kg - max 0.5*kg of body weight).
So for a 100kg guy: 30-50iu Lantus in the AM together with all you HGH dose then -> 30-50iu Humalog spread during the day with meals.
Personally i prefer pinning HGH during all day, 7:00 12:00 16:00 20:00 before bed.
