    need advice from my med-tech brothers...

    heres the scenario. wife and kids flying back home to visit her parents. Me going to great beach for week with friends. now heres the choices.

    1)workout, maintain some diet?
    2)workout in the morning, party in afternoon
    3)say fuck it party all week, cuz my drunk ass wont wake up in the morning to train.

    and really to be honest i am actually kinda serious. in the same breath i do workout for a minmum of 5 days a week with 30 minutes cardio and 30 min weights

    who parties in the afternooon ???

    workout in the afternoon, go out at night.

    I would not go to a beach to do my workouts and not party.

    I would pick (3) :-) always next week for working out (that's me personally)

    well my friend at the beach the party starts when we wake up from the night before , coming from a respected MTS staff its as good as gospel.

    do some light workouts and eat well and chill and get a tan and in the evenings go party and plow hot chicks!

    if you have worked out well 1 week rest will do you nothing but good. relax, eat, chill, have fun. 10pushups at the most
