How long have you trained for? on and off for 15 years
Previous cycle experience? oral stanavar, been on three weeks
Desired goals: mass, strength, lose fat, get more chicks...
TEST ENANTHATE TEST-ENANTHATE 500mg per week Mon and Thurs (250mg)
CLOMID (CLOMIFENE CITRATE)....PCT
NOLVADEX (Tamoxifen)...PCT
ARIMIDEX (ANASTROZOLE) half every other day???
MAST ENANTHATE 500mg per week Mon and Thurs (250mg)
This ok for my first proper cycle????

yes, and become rich, beautiful and famous all at the same time...
For me you should concentrate first of all on losing fat.
3k ckal where did you get it? What should they serve you?
You need a proper diet.

My BMR at rest is 2248, and usual BMR is 3406......i work a physical job and train 3-4 days a week, i also need to consume enough protein, so need the calories to be fairly high to manage to get enough protein in...i find that 3000kcal per day (sometimes less) means i get everything i need and still lose a steady 1-2lb per week....
