iv been training for 2yrs 5days a week I went down from 14harf stone to 12stone with the help from test e and a clean food 12months on I'm back to 13stone and iv been taking debol now I'm thinking of buying 3bottles of equi-mix so I can start bulking I'm 5.11 45%carb 35%protein 20%fats can you advice me or give me a good cycie thanks
