just curious how many times a day do you poop mr big?
I get to about 6% on 4000 cals a day one of the most important things in BBing is getting your base metabolism as high as possible the more cals you can take in a day the better. If your "bulking" on 3000 calories once you try and cut theres no where to really go you don't have any where to make a defecit. Eating under 2000 cals a day youll be a string bean not lean and muscular.

heres the point I want to make to people, those people that have no appetite and struggle to eat enough to grow,
if you cant poop more than once a day minimum there is something wring with your digestive system, fix it and watch your appetite increase and watch your go to toilet multiple times a day

So well... For me that i m 95kg at 15% what should i do? Cut or bulk?
Atm i m cutting and tbh It's more a body recomposition.... Scale isn't moving but i m changing...
