I see people all the time especially on the boards giving advise,then when they finally post a pic they don't look like they stepped into a gym.
The gym is only 20% then eating in 70% and gear only 10%.
There's to many young people without a base taking steroids just to look natural or they look like a blowfish.
Even some of the bigger guys don't know how to train! They do behind the neck pulldowns which is so bad for you.your taking your neck out of alignment then putting weight on the machine and putting behind the neck it can cause spinal stenosis,bulging discs,herniated docs,neuropathy and others .please don't be stubborn and take my advice!
everyone has their own opinions but I don't do behind the neck anything.... dangerous as fuck. You think how many people can be like Kevin Levrone and do 400lbs behind the neck shoulder press with good form... only 1 in the world... and that's him
I dare you and anyone else to do even 200lbs and see how long it takes for your shoulders to be fucked.
