yep it's very handy! lots of sides originate from hormonal fluctuation, not necessarily the doses themselves so it can save the user a lot of pain
I prefer a longer ester like cyp or enanthate. I prefer to cruise on 300/week so I do 150 each ass cheek on Saturday and Tuesday. Low enough to recoup physically and mentally and I don't need an AI for this dose but high enough to maintain muscle over my genetic limit and I look good too, not a bloated mess and no acne issues.
