11 days in for my partner and and she is running 10mg and has lost 3cm round her waste and is lifting heavier weights with far more ease which is awesome. I'm running a mild 50mg a day and I've put 3lb in weight on and leaning out loads, I can start to see more abs and my muscles are much more solid and full. Definition and vascularity is greatly improved already. Have ran var before and for what we want (not mass just strength increase and lean muscle with fat loss) this stuff is the real deal!
