    Several things here:

    1) He used a high dose of DNP. I've used it successfully and yes, I don't train much on it and I do it for 5-7 days bursts max.
    2) He used T3 (of not course not very high, but when your body is flat as fuck, dieting already, it will just make you burn through your shit like crazy fast)
    3) He did cardio with DNP... what a fool. I can't even barely train, how is cardio going to help when DNP is already burning off at a huge rate already
    4) He took what did he say 24 cc's a day? did I just hear that?
    5) too much drugs

    It just sounds like he didn't listen to his body here

    It is a shame

    I would be depressed that if I were into this that after all I put myself through, the time I spent, the money I spent that my last endevour in something I had a passion in and have lived and breathed for the past x years was a total absolute fucking failiure. I wouldn't live it down.

    mr big, what dose of dnp do you consider the safest and best? i have som dnp crystal on hand and im considering using it

    400mg/day for 7 days max is all I can do.

    always start at 200mg/day and see how you react... i know someone who was doing 200mg/day fine. Upped it to 400mg/day and then he started getting hives.

    never do 600mg EVER! NEVER EVER!

    Effects feel like they double in impact every time you increase.

    Of course, less = safest.

    How much fat do you typically lose doing that, Mr Big?
    I am a PLer so I have little/no use for DNP... maybe if I literally couldn't train at all and needed to cut fat fast to offset the loss of progress quick but other than that I cannot see a use for me!

    dnp is poison man I wouldn't use it. There are other ways to get lean without damaging your body (or at least to the extent that dnp does). Cut calories, cut carbs, clen, ephedrine, t3, etc.

    hormones > stimulants (dnp, clen, ephedrine)

    you can use clen and ephedrine of course, but not on a daily basis

    diet and cardio will help you, hormones will not let you losing muscle

    btw, bostin is a idiot, he dont have any body to handle 2100mg of tren weekly

    holy shit, 24cc a day?! I get tired just doing 1.5cc a day. couldn't even imagine that
