Thread: Stanavar dosage

Stanavar came today...was gonna run two tabs a day up until show day in 23 days time...should I split the dosage? I am running Halo with it alongside all my oils.

If i were you i'd take one tab upon waking and another tab say 8 hours later. About an hour or so before training (if you train late in the afternoon of course)
