Just came back from my chest workout.
Was like this:
4 sets of incline bench with dumbells (75 lbs for 8 reps and 85lbs for 6 reps)
4 sets of flat bench with dumbells (80lbs for 6 reps)
4 sets of chest dips until failure
3 sets at the fly machine with 140lbs for 10 reps
5 sets of 6 reps at the bench press machine with 150lbs

60 seconds of rest between the sets. Always controlling and feeling the movements.

I consider my chest one of my weak points of my physique, what do you guys think? I am thinking about raising the calories a little bit on chest days.
