Hey guys!
My order arrived yesterday so I am officialy into the 10 weeks now.
Before that I was using only 200mg/week of Test E. The diet was the same that above.
Now with the gear I will be raising the calories intake a little bit more by adding some more eggs, oats and rice.
The workout routine will be the same as above and I also gonna keep the 20 minutes of cardio after the workout.
I gonna start to track my weight tomorrow to see how I exactly gonna proceed with the diet cause I am not looking to gain a huge amount of weight.

For the next 2 or 3 weeks I gonna still keep working on my strenght by using a lot of weights and low reps. After that I will be mixing this with some technics like FST-7, GVT...

Still using 50mcg of T3. I am thinking about take It off little by little and see how my body reacts. Cause I feel that with 50mcg is hard to fill all of my glycogen up. Same as yombine.
