Hi guys! My name is Gabriel and I'm from Brazil but living in Orlando - FL right now.
Sorry for my bad english, I can make some mistakes sometimes but it's because I've been here for about only one year and I am still learning the language.

I never posted here before, and the reason that I am posting right now it's because I am starting my career as a bodybuilder and I would like to share it with you guys.

So first things first:
I have 21 years old, and my weight is around 205 lbs and my height is 5'9.

This log will be about my first 10 weeks of protocol of this path. I will be bulking up for 10 weeks, after that I am planning to do 4-6 weeks with only testosterone to rebuild my cholesterol levels, liver health and etc. After that I gonna start my prep.
Everything could change. But this is what I have in mind right now.

For this 10 weeks I will be using:
900mg testosterone enanthate
1000mg boldenone
450mg nandrolone
300mg npp
300mg tren E
50mcg T3 (25mcg morning/25mcg before sleep)
2.5mg letrozol


All the products above are from MTS (Med-Tech Solutions)

Diet

Meal 1 - pre workout (200mg caffeine + 5mg of iombine)
3 eggs
2 bananas
50 grams of oats
20 grams whey protein
20 grams peanut butter
Little bit of honey

Meal 2 - Post workout
30 g whey protein
1 apple

Meal 3
350 grams (12oz) of cooked rice
7oz of chicken breast

Meal 4
14oz. Pasta (any)
7oz chicken breast
Sauce to my heart's content

Meal 5
2 eggs
250ml of greek yogurt
30 grams of whey protein
30 grams of granola
30 grams of peanut butter
1 apple

I am using 200mcg of chromium picolinate 3x a day (morning, post workout and before sleep).
Before sleep I also use multivitamin, vitamin D 5.000ui, vitamin C 1g and B complex.

Workout routine

I train 6x/week.
Chest/Back/Quads/Delts/Arms/Hams


Calves with Quads and hams.
Trapz with back and delts.

For this moment I will start my routine building some strenght first. Lots of weights and low reps (like 4 sets of 6 reps per exercise).

I also gonna do 20 minutes of cardio after my workout.

I am a Chef in a italian restaurant so I have a pretty intense routine. I gonna try to update the log daily or every 2 days.

I am open for suggestions, advices or whatever you guys wanna say to me.
