I'm very concerned that something is wrong at MTS. I paid for an expensive order nearly 3 weeks ago. I asked for a tracking number a week ago and I was sent a number that doesn't work. I contacted them about the problem and they explained it "will work by 3-4/Jan." It's now January 5th and the tracking number still doesn't work. I certainly understand delays during the holidays, but I have great concern since I have never experienced this kind of delay with MTS over the years. I remember Mr. Big always provided excellent customer service, but I no longer see his posts in the forum. I don't want to make waves because MTS has always provided excellent customer service, but does anyone know if he has left and if there been a change in management at MTS?
