As you can see in the pic, I look like a ballon compare to my previous pics lol.
Unfortunately I could'nt get my hands on Aldactone.
So I will use the Xpel diueretic, it's plant base, better than nothing I guess.

Sunday (yesterday):
-water: 3L
-sodium: 10g
-training: Legs (high reps)

Monday (today)
-water: 4L
-sodium: 15g
-training: Chest/triceps (high reps)

Tuesday
-water: 6L
-sodium: 15g
-food: No carbs
-training: Back/Biceps (high reps)

Wednesday
-water: 7L
-sodium: 10g (no sodium after 7pm)
-food: No carbs
-training: Shoulders (high reps)

Thursday
-water: 1,5L (Alkanin water, No sodium, PH >8)
-sodium: None
-food: Carb loading
-training: rest

Friday
-water: 1,5L (Alkanin water, No sodium, PH >8)
-sodium: None
-food: Carb loading
-training: rest

Saturday
-water: few sip if I've got the desert of Sahara into my mouth lol
-sodium: just before i step on stage

Current Cycle
-Stanavar: 100mg (1tab) ED
-Shredded mix: 151mg (1ml) ED
-Proviron: 50mg ED
-Letrozole: 1,25mg E3D
-HCG: 250mcg E3D

Endind up this prep by taking the first place.
I was a bit flat on stage, I don't know it's because of my carb loading, or because the lack of sleep, as I didn't have more than 2h of sleep the past 5 days (I had some personnal problems when I started my peak week).
Such a great experience, time for a little rest, and then time to grow and ready for some new adventures.

Very Happy with the MTS products, especially this Shredded Mix and Stanavar, will definitely use it again for my next prep.
New chapter, new goal.
Thanks to the people that gave an interest to my thread.
