End of a chapter... 8)
Endind up this prep by taking the first place.
I was a bit flat on stage, I don't know it's because of my carb loading, or because the lack of sleep, as I didn't have more than 2h of sleep the past 5 days (I had some personnal problems when I started my peak week).
Such a great experience, time for a little rest, and then time to grow and ready for some new adventures.
Very Happy with the MTS products, especially this Shredded Mix and Stanavar, will definitely use it again for my next prep.
New chapter, new goal.
Thanks to the people that gave an interest to my thread.
