TRT Week: 11
Weight: 90,1kg
Maintening the size, didn't put fat on.
Strength has decreased a bit but not much, as always I'm focusing more on the movement than the weight.
I started to take B12 Vitamin (intramuscular injection) to increase my appetite.
Current cycle:
Test E (MTS): 100mg E4D
HGH (MTS): 4iu ED
Proviron: 25mg ED
DMAA: Preworkout
Current split:
Day 1: Quads/adductors/calves
Day 2: Chest/Biceps
Day 3: Shoulders/triceps/abs
Day 4: OFF
Day 5: Glutes/hamstrings/abductors
Day 6: Back/traps
Day 7: Biceps/Triceps/Forearms
Day 8: OFF
Current conditioning (pre-training)
