    growing with mts road to a future pro

    very fortunate to be with med tech products I’ve just begun my official off-season cycle I started 2 weeks ago 1 week prior to gyms opening to get hormones into my blood smooth and best lab no pip and quality products

    cycle has been this week started
    1000g test
    1g tren a < used for 1 weeks but at 300mg
    400mg mast e
    250mg eq <used for 2 weeks




    I’m going to change over to

    2000mg testosterone
    1g tren a
    400mg mast e
    250mg eq < to finish the vile of help collagen production also
    Metformin 2g
    Novo post W 6iu

    Going to give this 8 weeks for the recomp effect
    this might change as I grow very well with tren test mast and and very minimal sides I don’t get to bloated but have letro on hand

    Diet starting
    580g protein
    200g carbs
    25g fats

    Apple cider v with all meals

    I keep fats low for it’s impaired effect on digestion causing to slowed gastric emptying
    high protein as it works best for me and carbs will increase from here as I get deeper into this growing phase unsure how high but no doubt they will be very high

    End goal is to win my pro card it’s longer term plan but I have the work ethic mindset and live and breath bodybuilding it’s the only thing I live for each and every day and thanks to mts for the support I hope I can achieve my dream goal it’s a big statement but I want to believe in myself and with support I will never disappoint I hope I can do this in 3 years time

    Training day spilt
    mon chest shoulder bicep trap calves
    tues quad abductor adductor calves
    wed back hamstring forearm tricep calves
    thurs shoulder traps tricep
    friday quad hamstring pump calves
    Saturday back chest bicep
    Sunday off

    Cardio fasted 1 hour
    cardio 7-8pm 30 minutes
    Everyday I enjoy cardio and keeps my metabolism up and can push food high

    Diet will change as it’s only the first week
    I can’t run long deca as I cramp in the past from it
    But later I could switch to npp but right now it’s to recomp into a bigger version and nothing beats test tren mast and with more food added insulin


    Starting weight small 210lbs 8bf
    end goal weight back at 290s 8-10bf
    Height 6ft 1
    age 27

    This is my starting physique no weights in 4 months no cycles 100g protein 3 weeks ago
