Hey boys I'm a virgin to this forum stuff so bare with me, I've been training for 15 year and had my fair share of gear in the past, made great gains in my younger years, then met the Mrs married etc, she hates the gear so I've been chipping away the past five years the old weights and protein shakes way hahaha, finally all my persistent nagging has paid off, I've been given the green light, I'm 5"10 and weigh 84kg 15% body fat time to put on some size, I don't want to smash a massive stack straight up, just wondering about the test 400 alone for 15 weeks 2ml/week thoughts???
