Unfortunately my thread is not a good news thread.....
I ordered two weeks ago and still have not received any goods, I paid on time and have been in constant communication with the team at MTS. The communication has been prompt and efficient but with no tracking number and no delivery I'm without anyway to receive goods or refund. I have used other companies before with no problems, I'm disappointed to say the least. To be honest the fact I have lost over a hundred pounds hurts but I'm more disappointed in the fact I haven't received products I have used before and know they are spot on. Has anyone else had non delivery of goods before?....
I would like to state I'm not accusing anyone of incompetence or fraud in the above message I just would like feedback or any other stories...
