    Weight: 99.3kg
    I reduced the arimidex intake after my last blood work, my E2 were ok, but a bit low. My E2 increase easily during cycles, I'm sensitive to aromatization.
    Beta oestradiol: 29pg/ml (27-52) , 106pg/L (99-192)
    Prolactine was all good

    CURRENT SPLIT:
    Monday: push
    Tuesday: pull
    Wednesday: legs
    Thursday: Off
    Friday: Arms
    Saturday: hamstrings / Calves
    Sunday: Off

    Looking big bro! i like the workout split also, maybe something i'll give a shot in the future! I got 2 legdays instead of a seperate hamstring day, but since my legs are a lagging bodypart something to experiment with!

    I would say its bettter to split legs in 2 sessions as you have many muscles.
    My hamstrings is my weak point (on my lower body), at the opposite glutes are very developped.
    So 2 x hammies sesh per week, but not training glutes

    True, i also notice when i have done 2-3 heavy quad excercises i'm gassed! Going into stiff legged deadlifts at the end or a leg curl the intensity isn't 100% there anymore.
    What i'm doing at the moment is a quad dominant workout and a hamstring dominant workout. But splitting the 2 completely is definitely something i'll be doing in the future.

    In any cases I will always start with hammies first now as they are my priority

    3 digits reached, time go on cruising with test only.
    Keeping Test E 100mg EOD for 2 weeks, then 150mg E5D with 12.5mg proviron ED.

    CURRENT SPLIT:
    Monday: push
    Tuesday: pull
    Wednesday: legs
    Thursday: Off
    Friday: shoulders / triceps
    Saturday: hamstrings / lower back /Calves
    Sunday: Off

    Thanks. Gotta cruise for a bit to give my body some rest then I will see, maybe going into another comp prep

    current cycle:
    Test E: 150mg E5D
    HGH: 4iu training day (2iu morning / 2iu pre workout)
    Novorapid: 4iu morning / 4iu preworkout
    Cardarine: 20mg (1h before workout)
