I would say its bettter to split legs in 2 sessions as you have many muscles.
My hamstrings is my weak point (on my lower body), at the opposite glutes are very developped.
So 2 x hammies sesh per week, but not training glutes

True, i also notice when i have done 2-3 heavy quad excercises i'm gassed! Going into stiff legged deadlifts at the end or a leg curl the intensity isn't 100% there anymore.
What i'm doing at the moment is a quad dominant workout and a hamstring dominant workout. But splitting the 2 completely is definitely something i'll be doing in the future.
