Hey I haven't yet hit the juice one of the lads I go gym with is getting great results he's way ahead so I need some advice I want a stack course cycle that will help me loose wheight get cut ripped and also some energy boost and bone health once I've got the ripped nice and cut shape then I'll be stacking on the muscle hopefully but I am looking for a pros opinion to put something together for me so I can catch up and look great at the end 💪 thank you to anyone who can point me in the right direction
