I have been pretty conservative, worked with a coach this time (he is a friend too and helped me out last year, trust him and he lowered all my doses. Prefer not to put a whole cycle on a forum.
Test/Tren for all the 16 weeks
Winnie for 12 weeks
Mast P/Primo for last 8
That's it really. Changed esters of test/tren, decreased test as I added in other compounds.
Last month I use Methyl Tren and Halo, which I find dries me out really nicely.
I am 76kg bang on with over 5 weeks to go, aim to diet down to about 75kg then water cut the night before to make weight.

Thanks guys, really happy with the progress I have made. Totally changed my training and nutritional approach under my coach and it's worked a treat.
5 weeks today is my show, I am now 75.7kg. Tried pre workout Slin yesterday to try to use on show day to fill out after making weight...went fine so gonna keep working on that.

My coach wanted me at 75kg for show week so the water cut won't be as severe and can slin/carb load properly and fill out show day after the water cut. Won't give the whole cycle but currently using;

Test Prop
Methyl Tren
Mast Prop
Primo Ace
Winnie
T3/clen and probably bring in some helios back into the mix,
Halo starts tomorrow.
It's up to one 2.5ml jab a day, but this has only been the last week and will remain until a week out from show (I got 21 days of pinning to go)
Made some real improvements I feel and my bodyweight is lower this year!
Diet - 5 meals, one shake, intra workout cyclic dextrin, post workout carbs, rest are lean protein and greens, one high carb day a week, added in another couple of low days too just to keep bringing myself in.
Training - I have used low volume for 6 months now, switching between DC training and a programme I got from Jordan Peters (check this guy out, immense coach/bodybuilder/genius)...going to train with Jordan next week so buzzing for that. I do push/pull/legs - rarely go above 12 working sets; a lot of rest/pause, negatives, progressive overload.
