Great reply’s but I will second this and say start doing cardio upon waken even just going outside a walk 45 minutes empty stomach water only to keep hydrated

Will benefit you and maybe again at night
If you’ve got a dog perfect time to go out walks if not think of the fat burning after each cardio session to keep you motivated
