I've always been eating very salty, part Asian, soy sauce is in my blood. From an external aspect, anyone would tell me I actually eat too salty, HOWEVER, everything always cames up to be normal on my blood works (sodium, ect...)... it means, Ok I eat very salty, but my body has the need for it.
