Probably one of the best leg sessions and toughest legs like jelly couldn’t finish sissy squat now finally going for what works more reps fixed tendon in knee which I’m so happy about I could cry lol but only minor ache in the joint but nothing I’d moan about will see if placebo by tomorrow but felt great during training if I could heal the joint now that be brilliant but I’m happy with the results now
