    *Apple cider viniger 25ml or 400/750mg day 4 weeks
    *Sodium Bicabornate (ENO) 5 to 30gr day 4 weeks
    *BPC157 250/500mcg 2 times day 4 weeks
    *Glutamine 20/40gr day 4 weeks
    *Ursafalk 500/1000mg day 4 weeks
