Blood Test Results - BLOOD TO THICK
Feedback Appreciated: Thick Blood Results
Been on a low dose of Test for 5 years at 160 dose per week.
Update:
Latest blood test indicated blood was too thick and creatinine high.
Currently:
Been advised that daily dose of Nattokinase - Omega 3 - Gingo Biloba would thin my blood out.
I would prefer to NOT dump blood in order to thin out.
Question: Any feedback and/or guidance to thin blood out thru supplementation or other?

I am not an expert on this and I'm sure there are other people that know more (accurate) information. I will just talk from personal experiences.
The only true way to resolve this is to donate blood periodically.
In my case, so I checked what was the value in my blood that was way off and it was super high iron. I don't know if this is associated or related to thicker blood, though I have been using kurkuma (tumeric) at 500mg per day, which I bought from amazon. This is supposed to be the best natural way to drop iron levels. Probably not related to your issue, though high iron levels can contribute to thickening of the blood, which is caused by taking test.

firstly when you donate your red blood cells increase much quicker again
arb prevents it going up as in completely prevents it proof from my bloods on 2gram test

For red blood thickness, what I recommend (I personally use):
-20mg telmisartan daily
-baby aspirin daily (prerably preworkout)
Not this one I’m on Candesartan highly recommended this one
