Been on TRT for about 7 years, diet is dialled in and training is consistent but there is still a stubborn layer of visceral fat around the midsection that just will not move regardless of how clean the calories get or how much zone 2 cardio I add. Bloods are solid, E2 managed, nothing obviously wrong hormonally.

Started looking into Tesamorelin after it came up in another thread. I know it has clinical data specifically for visceral fat and the mechanism makes sense - it is a GHRH analogue so it pulses your own GH rather than just dumping exogenous GH into the mix. The original indication was HIV related lipodystrophy but the mechanism is essentially the same for anyone with stubborn visceral fat that diet alone is not budging.

For those who have run it, is 1 to 2mg subcutaneous daily before bed the standard approach or have you found a different protocol that works better? And how does it stack up against just running 2 to 3iu of real GH? I have run low dose GH before and got decent IGF results but I never ran it specifically targeting the gut. Would rather hear from guys who have actually run both before I commit to one route.
