    Hey guys when taking clen do u have it though out the day or in one go? Thanks

    I havn't had any experience with Clen as yet but I would suggest splitting your dosage Am & Pm

    Clen is best to take AM and PM. I personally only take it AM because I'm lazy and a bottle of liquid at work looks dodgy, if my Clen were in tablets I would definitely be splitting it.

    I take all mine in the AM along with my t3. Half life is over 24 hours so why not

    Half life is long so not sure why one would take it twice. Id imagine you'd have a hard time getting to sleep as well
