Thanks for the reply gents. Mr B, you have a point, I read so much about people gaining muscle which on a deficit and all these other stories, I think I got carried away and expected more, rather than nothing, or nothing noticable. And yes, you're right about the sides too. I guess it affects everyone differently and I just need to find my sweet spot dose wise and also manage my expectations better.
