    Really good info. I never used t3 because i suffer from thyroid issues but i think it is a bit overrated.
    Just have a diet which is on point and do your cardio and most people will be fine loosing enough fat.
    If you want to step on stage thats another story

    Not over rated, It works, Its potent & something that cant be abused. Period.

    Especially upwards of 75mcg & if you dont feed yourself properly, you will loose fat AND muscle at the same time.

    Indeed, i have seen with my own eyes people take 100mcg a day and despite the amount of gear they were on, looked awful.

    There is no need IMO to go above 50mcg.
