    Recomp cycle

    Have abs and veins everywhere now lol

    Started new cycle:

    350 mg/w test enth- enough for most the strength gains + small dose keeps midsection tight... no bloof.
    300 mg/w deca- mainly for joints but also a little bit for insulin sensitivity and glucose disposal, thickness without deca bloof from high dose
    500 mg/w tren enth- It's tren.
    600 mg/w Eq- Vascularity and horse skin

    30 mg dianabol 4x a week pre training for dat dere pump and good feeling

    AI:
    Letrozole 0.626 mg (1/4 of a a tab) EOD-E3D, this works very well for me. Keeps estrogen low enough so tren does it's job (those immense sweats from high carbs lol) but high enough so joints don't hurt and penis isn't dead. Pack of letrozole lasts fiveever (longer than forever) this way.
    Other:
    100 mcg T4 until I work out how to come off it...

    Diet: Carb and calorie cycling. Maint kcal to 300-500 surplus.

    Routine: ABxCDxx
    A: 300 calorie surplus
    B: 500 calorie surplus (recovering from yesterday + today's training)
    x: 0-300 surplus
    C: 300 surplus
    D: 500 surplus
    x:0-300 surplus
    x 300 deficit to 0 surplus. (No prot synth happening)

    Carb cycle as per ********'s recommendation.

    Will only be short, total of 10 weeks or so.

    The problem with deca + tren together is prolactin. Might need to get in some dostinex.

    whats the difference between what his doing prolactin wise compared to 800 deca or 800 tren?
    just curious is it different when both are in stack?

    Having both from my experiences amplifies the effects. So I wouldn't say 400 deca and 400 tren gives the same prolactin as 800 deca.

    LOL weight is up by 5 Kg yes FIVE KILOGRAMS after the first 300 mg shot of deca with some NPP.
    The bad news? My midsection is bloated to ALL HELL. Wake up, have abs. Have breakfast, drink water. Look fat lol. Like fucking immense bloat. Back pumps when walking is almost crippling. Cardio has gone to shit. Was able to do 2 mile runs and enjoy them now I am puffing like a steam engine going for a light walk! What is going on here lol?

    Could this be what is causes my water retention? I remember prolactin can cause water retention.

    I have got to get this water retention under control. Blood pressure is average 120/64... now it is 130-135/65-80 and going for a walk is a task lol

    Bloat seems to be settling down. I will use 200 mg w deca, enough for joints and a slight anabolic effect

    Bloat is coming down now. Top four abs plus half of bottom abs is visable in morning now lol

    fix your diet man, if you eat clean you wont bloat anything at all regardless of dose

    Diet is supurbly clean atm every day
    Main staples are oats, chicken, beef, rice , apples, bannana, broccoli, 0%fat yogurt, whey, peanut butter, potatoes, pork and fish

    Absolutely 100% no junk

    Diet for today:
    Breakfast:
    75 g unprocessed rolled oats
    200 g rachel's apple and cinnamon yogurt. (This was a mistake becauee I forgot it had added sugar. Fucked my blood sugar up since I am super insulin sensitive and I went mild hypo, will use natural yogurt and flavour myself from now on like I usually do)
    750 ml water

    1.5 hrs after breakfast:
    Hypo feeling so 100 g pink lady apple
    750 ml water

    Pre training:
    300 g vennison steak from lidl on special offer (£1.50!!!)
    150 g uncle bens mushroom ricr
    25 g organic natural no transfats salt sugar peanut butter
    250 g boiled broccoli
    To hydrate I drank the water I boiled the broccoli in. No wasted nutrients. Made a nice tea...about 1 L water.

    Training: 500 ml water. Usually have an apple or green-yellow bannana...ripe bannanas fuck my blood sugar. Wasn't hungry so didn't eat it.

    post training: same meal as pre training...vennison was so cheap because it expired that day.
    Pre bed:

    300 g 0% fat natural yogurt with 40 g added vanilla whey protein added in.
    500 ml water.

    2900 or so kcal..
    Lower on the carbs today

    Got high carb day tomorrow.
