Keep doing what you're doing but drop the T3. T3 makes you flat very quick, especially at 100mcg and I wouldn't recommend cycling T3 like you do, take T3 for as long as you need then drop it, do not cycle it, bad for your thyroid. Chuck in some anadrol to help with fullness and what are your macros like?

You could run say 25-50mg ED of Trestolone alongside test/tren/mast, gives a great fullness that changes your look in days. Keep E2 in check and its a more manageable option than wet orals IMO, avoids the issue of liver toxicity and excessive bloat
Fundamentally, concentrate on your training and nutrition and build some more lean tissue, allow the drugs to facilitate that growth rather than become a crutch for inefficiencies in your regimen. If you're resorting to adding another compound/s in order to be ready for a shoot there's a problem in my opinion. The top guys stay in shape year round so aim to be in a position where you are a few weeks away from shoot-ready conditioning if the need arises

Okay got it for t-3.protein 200-250 grams carbs 100-125grams fats 150 grams total cals 2800 daily.
