    What is IGF1-LR3 and a personal review

    IGF-1 LR3IGF-1 is a peptide roughly the same structure and size as insulin, or about 70 amino acids long. It belongs to the peptide family of substances identified as growth factors. It is a highly anabolic hormone released in the liver as well as in peripheral tissues such as skeletal muscle. In the body, IGF-1 is released in response to the presence of Human Growth Hormone (HGH). After intense resistance training, the body experiences a surge in GH and IGF, and this is one way that new muscle is built. Although GH is considered to be highly anabolic, in actuality, IGF-1 is suspected to be responsible for the primary anabolic activities of GH.

    IGF-1 builds new muscle tissue by promoting nitrogen retention and protein synthesis. This causes the growth of muscles through both hyperplasia (which is an increase in number of muscle cells) and mitogenesis (which is the actual growth of new muscle fibers). Thus IGF-1 not only makes muscle fibers bigger, it makes more of them as well!

    IGF-1’s effects are not limited to building new muscle, however. It has a potent effect on lipid (fat) metabolism, and helps the body burn fat at a significantly elevated rate. In addition, IGF-1 is both a neuroprotector and neuropromotor, which improves mental functions such as reflexes, memory, and learning ability. IGF is also important for production of connective tissue andIGF-1 insuring proper bone density.

    Although IGF-1 is very potent at building muscle and burning fat, the Lr3 IGF-1 version is roughly 2-3x as powerful.

    Lr3IGF-1 (Long R3 Insulin-like Growth Factor-I or Long R3IGF-I) is an 83 amino acid analog of human IGF-I actually comprising the complete human IGF-1 sequence but with the substitution of an Arg for the Glu at position 3, as well as a 13 amino acid extension peptide at the N-terminus. This makes Long R3IGF-I significantly more potent (2-3x) than IGF-I in studies, because it has a lower affinity to be rendered inactive by IGF binding proteins, and consequently more potential activity in the body.

    I will give my review:

    I have used IGF1-LR3 on 100mcg dosage 5x a week (pre-workout), i feel a good pump, like a powerful oral (something like dianabol), and then i increased the dose to 200mcg 5x a week (post-workout) and i feeeel very better, good pumps and thinning of the skin (not like GH or Increlex LOL) but veins on forearms and a full aspect on the shoulder
    I was using 700mg NPP and 225mg of Test

    My opnion? Go to high dosages, like 500-750mcg on workout days, and i dont believe on saturation, i have used for 5 weeks only on workout days and i feel very better. And have carbs with IGF1LR3, you will feel the hypo effect

    Oh yea, i made two reconstructions

    A vial only with sterile water and another with bacteriostatic water, i didnt feel any difference, but i read on some place that bacteriostatic water will preserve the IGF1LR3 more

    I used IGF1 LR3 from a good source in China. Since I was a long standing customer, he offered money back guarantees on his IGF1-LR3. I followed what you said... and exactly what you said. I was so dumb to take Humalog with it... I had to drink nearly 1 litre of pineapple juice, a box of tim-tams, 3 bananas, 2 bags of skittles and 2 bowls of ice cream to STOP the hypo effect.

    When I tried with another brand (won't name brands - as not to appear bias or discredit any particular brand), with Humalog like before... NOTHING.... garbage.

    I have used some american brand and chinese brand, i didnt feel nothing with chinese brand, with the american even on low dosage i feel a little hypo
    IGF2-LR3 seems to be very powerful, but its rare to find.

    I have used IGF1-lr3..500 mcg a day in a 300 defecit

    americian brand.. Cost me a.lot lol

    Pumps were just godly. I'd do like 12 reps ohp and have to stop in pain.. id hobble back to a bench or something to ait on with a full bosy pump... Ahkulders a mass of red full thin akinned veins

    Lost a shit load of bf

    Was red full veiny etc all thr time

    Wht is the difference between Increlex and lr3? I thought increlex was just fda approved lr3?

    nope, IGF1LR3 is just a GDA (Glucose Disposal Agent) like a insulin without sides, igf1lr3 can't bind to BP3 like rHIGF1 (Increlex or Iplex - a blend of IGF1 and IGFBP3), so you need a raise of systematic IGF1 and IGF2, not a effect of GDA (hypoglicemic) of IGF1, you need everything... Thin skin, blow up muscle, etc.

    IGF1LR3 is very good on high doses.

    And on my opnion of course, a blend of IGF1LR3 and IGF2LR3 should be good LOL, at 500mcg each, i would imagine the freakness, not like increlex, but should be good

    Hi all,

    I used chinese IGF 1 -lr3 last, 2 years ago. Pumps were godly also.

    I just received some last week, and mixed up a 1000mcg vial yesty.

    It has been so long since my peptides that I have gotten the dosages wrong.. and i'm starting to freak out. I have nearly had half a vial in just 1 day...

    went to gym this morning after second shot, and there is nothing in the way of super pumps. but definitely feel a bit fuller.

    no real hunger yet, but im trying to east as much as possible, becasue i remember how bad the hypo was last time.

    my concern is the dosage that I have had, but after googling a HEAP, I see that you said that you have ran 500mcg before, you mean you do 10 times the norm (like i accidentally have?) reguarly??? on purpose? isn't 50mcg the norm? thats what I did last time.

    should i be concerned, or what now?

    Just checked. 3/4s of a vial in just 24 hours.

    NEARLY DIED!

    My advice, do NOT do what I did!!!

    still feel shaky from it
