Problem already solved.

I am trying g to place an order and it says my account is banned.my last order was received and paid for. In my accounts it says my current order is pending but still get the banned message at the bottom of the page.

I sent my payment through western union and it says it's still available. I replied to the e-mail with the information. I don't know what I am doing wrong.

I sent a western union payment with the details and it still shows available. I replied to the e-mail with the tracking number, name and location. I don't know what I am doing wrong.

Once you have sent the money then sit back and relax, you will be getting a tracking once its up and your order will be processed.

I was supposed to be unblocked but I still am. What do I need to get this unblocked? Also can I know what name will be hitting my bank so I can allow it to go through?
