Going too get back in tomorrow again been hit with a cold so giving myself extra rest hate being of training but can’t fully push myself when feeling this way foods the same staying hydrated will give my joints extra rest which is good little recovery period nothing is lost in this time period when foods high

Had to lower training sessions this week just to recover more got some amazing doms and fullness is crazy with veins just resting not even lifting and got veins poping thanks to eq and tren will update photos soon and I know I’ve not competed yet but I really want my body ready being tall it takes a lot to fill the frame

I’m very happy to finally hit quads tendon inflammation gone was a great session no strength loss but now going back to a heavy leg press then high rep work will swap in and out squats but this was needed I love leg day and I won’t do anything like a hack that inflames the tendon again no point

So I know why Friday session was tough ended up with mild chest infection lost taste smell now back today got mild cough

But more rest has brought my weight up I definitely overtrain it was staying the same finally moving night time weight

Woke up with flu cold still so needing to rest a few days gutted but appetite still good just coughing up phlegm and nose so not wanting others catching it hope it’s gone in a few days will still do my injects and eat
