Hi folks,
I received my first order yesterday and its not what I ordered so I guess its someone elses, I raised it on support but it said it would send me a link to set up a password for the support and I haven't received anything. I don't want to miss you guys replying to it as I can't log in to check.
Can you help when you have a minute? Thanks.

I saw your ticket. I replied to you 3 days ago and I just replied to you again 1 minute ago. If you dont get emails, please check your spam.

hey mate sorry about this. we had an issue with the help desk, wrong email setting for about 2 weeks which stopped all outgoing emails from us. its been fixed now so you should have received everything. check your inbox again and also spam just in case. if you still dont see anything send me a PM here and we will sort it out for you.
