    OFF-SEASON BLUEPRINT - 2016 NABBA Juniors.

    After winning the Junior division at the Sydney NABBA/WFF Titles a few weeks a go (pictured), I'm now more determined than ever to put in a huge off-season and try to win the 2016 Junior Australian NABBA/WFF Titles. I'll document what I'm currently doing and will update as the months go by.

    STATS:
    Age - 22
    Height - 6'2"
    Stage Weight - 88kgs
    Current Weight - 102kgs

    ANABOLICS:
    MTS Test 400 - 800mgs/wk
    MTS EqiMAX - 1000mgs/wk
    MTS Parabolan - 400mgs/wk
    Anadrol - 60mgs/ED
    Novorapid Slin - 10iu/preworkout
    MTS Medtropin - 5iu/ED (2.5iu morning/2.5iu night)

    NUTRITION: Approx 325p, 425c, 80f

    Upon Rising:
    10g EAA/BCAA
    Glutamine
    Creatine

    PRE WORKOUT Snack:
    2 Poptarts (70g Carbs)
    10ui NovoRapid
    60mgs Anadrol

    INTRA WORKOUT:
    50g Carbs
    20g PeptoPro
    Glutamine

    POST WORKOUT (Within 1-2mins of finishing)
    30 grams Hydro Whey
    230g Apple Sauce Organic (40g Carbs)

    MEAL #1 (Within 30mins of finishing)
    200g Beef Mince
    150 Jasmine Rice
    2.5iu HGH

    Meal #2 - 11am
    2 Oat Satchets
    15g Honey
    ½ Cup Egg Whites
    1 Scoop Whey Protein

    Meal #3 - 1.30pm
    200g Chicken Breast or 200g 99% Lean Ground Turkey
    170g white potato or 125g Jasmine Rice

    Meal #4 - 4pm
    200g 96% Lean Ground Beef (Larua’s Lean Beef)
    125g Jasmine White Rice

    Meal #5 - 7pm
    2 Oat Satchets
    15g Honey + 15g PB
    1 Scoop Whey Protein
    ½ Cup Egg Whites

    Meal #6 - 10pm
    50g Scoops Casein/Whey Blend
    15g PB
    2.5iu HGH

    Looking good mate, if you want a big off season I personally would either use more test or add deca and up the insulin, 10iu is not very much at all. Great job on the win though!

    This is the first time I've used slin so 10iu was always going to be a starting dose.
    If I'm currently having 10iu pre-workout when would be a good time to have another shot of slin? Post-workout?

    Everything above looks good, including your pic :-)

    But 10iu of slin is nothing.

    I would take post-workout humalog over a pre-workout shot of slin any day. I normally take 50iu Lantus in the morning with 20iu of Humalin-R on every meal with 10iu of humalog post workout. That's my protocol. I can get very large on that amount.

    Ok well maybe I'll up it to 10iu morning/arvo/pre-workout and up it week by week until I find a happy medium
    I should wait about 30mins post Slin before I pin my GH though right?

    I have only done a single 4 week run of insulin, I used humalog due to being faster acting. I did 4 shots of 20iu per shot throughout the day, I usually did something like 6am (breakfast), 10am (meal), 2pm (meal) and 7pm (post-workout). I found post-workout to be my most beneficial shot as you are cramming all those nutrients right in to your worn muscle. My advice to you would be to have handy a sugary drink at all times till you get comfortable with insulin, I had 1L cartons of pineapple juice at work, home and in the car should I start feeling off.

    You don't need to wait at all between slin and gh, I did my slin and gh shots in the same pins most of the time.

    3 weeks in to my offical off-season and I feel awesome.
    Started at about 102kgs and have been running:

    Med-Tech Test 400 @ 800mgs/wk
    Med-Tech EquiMax @ 1000mgs/wk
    Med-Tech Parabolan @ 375mgs/wk
    Med-Tech Medtropin @ 5iu/ed
    Novorapid Slin @ 10iu/preworkout
    Anadrol @ 60mgs/preworkout

    Currently sitting at about 108.5kgs and absolutely love the Med-Tech GH - I'm pumping soooo much food and am still managing to stay lean. Pics will be coming next week. Will stop the slin next week and have a break for 2 weeks then will reintroduce @ 20iu/ed instead of 10iu.

    I've been using the following for probably the past 6 weeks:
    Med-Tech Test 400 @ 800mgs/wk
    Med-Tech EquiMax @ 1000mgs/wk
    Med-Tech Parabolan @ 375mgs/wk
    Med-Tech Medtropin @ 5iu/ed

    Will reintroduce orals and slin back in after having 2 weeks off them. I'm not really enjoying the EQ much as I've been getting frequent nose bleeds and head spins, I just assume it's due to that.

    Do you reckon I'd be better off just keeping it simple and doing:


    Med-Tech Test 400 @ 1200mgs/wk
    Med-Tech Deca 300 @ 900mgs/wk
    Med-Tech Medtropin @ 5iu/ed
    Novorapid Slin @ 10iu/3x per day.
    MTS Anadrol @ 50mgs/per day
    MTS Dbol @ 50mgs/per day

    Keeping it simple? seems you just made it less simple.

    The dosages are fine, but I don't think you should be taking that much dbol with anadrol, I don't like combining them, I always stop after a week because I start getting acid reflux etc... my appetite drops too.

    I think the nose bleeds would be due to the EQ. I got them too but at 1500mg/week.

    Well in that case I'll just cycle between either Drol or Dbol - 6 weeks on each

    I've also got some MTS TripleEn on hand - is that something I should give a crack this offseason?
