But 10iu of slin is nothing.
I would take post-workout humalog over a pre-workout shot of slin any day. I normally take 50iu Lantus in the morning with 20iu of Humalin-R on every meal with 10iu of humalog post workout. That's my protocol. I can get very large on that amount.

I have only done a single 4 week run of insulin, I used humalog due to being faster acting. I did 4 shots of 20iu per shot throughout the day, I usually did something like 6am (breakfast), 10am (meal), 2pm (meal) and 7pm (post-workout). I found post-workout to be my most beneficial shot as you are cramming all those nutrients right in to your worn muscle. My advice to you would be to have handy a sugary drink at all times till you get comfortable with insulin, I had 1L cartons of pineapple juice at work, home and in the car should I start feeling off.
You don't need to wait at all between slin and gh, I did my slin and gh shots in the same pins most of the time.
7 days in and I've jumped from 102kgs to 106.5kgs!
Holy fuck I love the 60mg Anadrol + 10iu slin pre-workout combo! Gives me the best pumps.
