How do I order this it don’t let you select your 10 items or is it what’s in picture

You add the 10 products (product) to the cart. That is 1 product which says 10 products.
Then you write in the comment box the 10 products. You don't actually add 10 products to the cart, but rather, 1 product which is named 10 products (it is actually called that), and list it in the comment box

Hi can you only order two Mts pro oils max in total or just two of each pro one, so would it work to order two orals, two mutasion, two triple en, two test 400 and two primo.

no. You cannot combine discounts codes with discounted products at the same time. There has to be some reasonable and balanced choices. Your order seems ok but no combined coupons with it.
