I had an issue with this since i was 10 to 35...after getting it at least 3 to 4 times a year they took them out....at last

My tonsills used to swell that much with the poison..they used to burst
Some used to get to my gutt and fuck me up

Just so you all know...it taste like horse shit...not that i have tasted that but the smell....and taste are close lol

Im feeling much better not well except for the fact im drained now lol show day sunday week, holding alot of water still some fat on glutes but cant always get extreme conditioning and its only my 2nd year! Hopefully I win my class to hit the brits they have moved the finals from bodypower to the week after at a different location. 10/11th june I think

dont worry, every year and every show is a learning experience, even pro's learn all the time. thats half of the fun of doing it all and then when you nail it its like being in heaven, awesome feeling

Update guys depleting now very weak and flat







feeling alot leaner but no striated glutes do my best with whats left, carb up tomorrow 700-800g show is on sunday, will also run aldactone tomorrow and stop my clen + t3
taking 1mil mast + tren methynl each day, halo 30mg winstrol 150mg.

Hey guys I came 2nd and the winner is being called "mr potential" "pro stamped all over him" hes been posted up on alot of bodybuilding forums - I have got feedback from judges and they have said if my hammies/glutes abit tighter they would of had me first so this is great news as this guy is getting so much attention, Im waiting to hear back from 1 of the top guys in pca if I should attend the british finals ive told him 2 be brutally honest with me as I dont want to just make up the numbers, My guy who beat me in Novice also got 2nd in the overall. will upload pics soon! thank you

Those photos look really close man, it could've gone either way I reckon. If you were just a bit sharper it would've been a win for sure, neither of you really had the hammies or glutes sorted.
