you look very good! very strong shoulders and chest. how much do you weigh now? i think can use another quality 5-7kg's very well

Thanks fellas.

I'm 85kg in the morning. Definitely want those extra kg's of muscle. That's the goal for this year, keep building quality muscle.

Thinking that the next thing will be to add in some deca. I respond well to it. My other idea was to rotate npp with tren every four weeks.

changing compounds often is very smart and works very well. could do a tri-rotation: deca, tren, eq. with a small base of masteron to free up test and solidify gains

Eq I'm unsure about. Its the only hormone that tanks my sex drive, but I was running low test when I tried it, maybe on higher test and mast it would be different.

What's your take on rotating longer esters every few weeks? I did know an old timer that did this and he was a big believer in rotating regularly.

Weight check after 4 weeks, 86kg (up 7kg total, up 1kg this week).

Still making steady progress on this test400/mast e stack.

I always think if it ain't broke then don't fix it, but at the same time I love to experiment and looking through mts product range gives me lots of ideas for things to try.

You are blowing up, you hold water of course but it looks like intra muscular which makes you look full and pumped, keep it up
