    In one meal its a ton I agree! I eat ~800g chicken a day so it's a bit easier to handle than steak though

    heres the point I want to make to people, those people that have no appetite and struggle to eat enough to grow,
    if you cant poop more than once a day minimum there is something wring with your digestive system, fix it and watch your appetite increase and watch your go to toilet multiple times a day

    So well... For me that i m 95kg at 15% what should i do? Cut or bulk?

    Atm i m cutting and tbh It's more a body recomposition.... Scale isn't moving but i m changing...

    15% is too high. Get yourself into singles.
