Update 10 - Sunday the 13th of September 2015
Sorry for the lack of updates guys, everything has been pretty crazy lately with the passing of my father, consulting with lawyers, making applications to the supreme court to be able to control my fathers estate, lodging life insurance policies. Work has pretty hectic lately too but on the up side I got a promotion which added $20,000 to my yearly package (mostly through benefits).

I am now at a good place to start getting back in to this bodybuilding thing a bit more, I've sort of just been maintaining for the past 2 months. The plan now is to cut down to 92kg on 2000-2500 calories then do a lean bulk, my last bulk I threw in way too many calories and it was my first run with insulin so I put on lots of fat, next bulk I'll try go for 3500 calories instead of 4500-5000, I will include insulin but only pre and post workout (15iu each), still undecided on hormones but most likely going to go for a deca dominate stack this time with some dbol.
