Refeed today.. since was petrified I crashed metabolism with coming off t4 when it actually lools like I was normal just very tired, I ended up eating 400-750 under maint for 12 days.... lol
Ate about +1000 ish today all from carbs. Bloated as fuck but lookkng gigantic
