Please send an email to support. The forum is for community and general discussions. Specific issues has to be addressed via the email as I'm sure you don't want your personal information blasted publicly for everyone to see.

I sent 3 emails to you. Your email system is probably blocking our email address. send a ticket in at Contact Us - MTS support directly. I see no tickets from you and I did send you 3 emails with payment details.

I also see you are using safe-mail.net, of which I know blocks our email address. So you can try to white list our email address or directly send a ticket in via the above link and ask to change your email address to something other than safe-mail.
