I had some shipping problems that delayed receiving my last order. After contacting Med-Tech, they took the initiative to try and solve those problems for me and my package finally arrived.
It's a relief to know that this company cares about their customers, honors their commitments, and works to meet customer needs. They have certainly earned my respect and all future business.
