Need my products checking to see if authentic

Hi how do I go about checking my products I've received I've only got batch number on my stuff but to check if authentic it says enter serial number I put in batch number and it says not authentic?

The code is on the box, you have to scratch it.

Should have a MTS sticker on the box of each product with an area you need to scratch off. Serial number is under there.
